“Heya so this is JBot. I have to cancel the TBO tour. I’m in the middle of a full blown mental health crisis and it’s killing me. I’ve struggled with anxiety and depression for years and self treated but this is something different. Idk what it is but I’m not coping well. I’ve always been able to muscle thru my mental health issues but not this time. I drove by the club I was supposed to play tonight and could not even go in. I had no idea how much of a toll this Teddy Bear show would take upon me mentally, but it has and it’s untenable.
But yeah I’m pulling the plug on it now so I don’t go down the road of self harm as so many people I know regretfully have done when they feel like they have no way out. Making a big fuck up is not worth killing yourself over. You just have to take your lumps and move on. I take full responsibility for this and hope you can understand. I’ve never been in such a shitty place before. I’m so very sorry.” – JBot
